Map of some of the epic places at LUT

  1. LUT BUFFET: An all you can eat restaurant operated by LUT with various dining options and prices of 2.95 euros per meal
  2. LUT GRILL: More expensive option for food open a few days a week, bowls of grilled chicken, burgers, etc ranging from 5-10 euros in cost
  3. INDIANA CURRY: Indian food restaurant. It is the restaurant that is always open for the longest time so it is a great option if it is late and everything else is closed already
  4. YOLO: By Aalef, the student union owned and financed catering company. Also all you can eat, with pricing starting from 2.95 euros with more expensive option at around 5 euros as well. Known for having "street food" on Fridays like pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc.
  5. Ankur Pizza: You can either order your own pizza from here or pay 7.80 euros for an all you can eat pizza buffet!
  6. Ravintola Skinnarila/LAB BUFFET: Essentially the same concept as the LUT BUFFET and is operated by the same organization, usually during rush hours everywhere else this place is more quiet which is why I prefer eating here at noon when it is close to empty and every other place is close to full.
  7. IVH Campus restaurant. A restaurant mainly for employees of the IVH Campus companies but students are free to go and eat there as well.
  8. STREET CAFE: The main Cafe of LUT, during special times of the year they will have special on theme pastries. Coffee or tea is only 1.20 euros a cup and many do their homework here
  9. LAB Cafe: Small cafe area after the LAB Restaurant where you can also sit and get coffee. Many miss this place since it is at the very back but it is also very nice and quiet.
  10. IVH Cafe: Less of a "cafe" but more of a coffee point at the IVH Campus lunch area where you can also get coffee and snacks
  11. Aalef Campus Shop: You can buy LUT/LAB merch, school supplies, text books, coffee/snacks etc from here! They even have their own pick and mix candy ile where you can make your own candy assortment cup.
  12. Sale: The campus grocery store with all the important amenities that you need to live in Finland.
  13. LAB Restonomy student restaurant: Open every now and then, they have some events with food and other fancy stuff depending on what they are working on at the moment
